Terms of Sourcing & Manufacturing

1. Quotations & Pricing Structure

All standard quotations are stated in US Dollars (USD) on either FOB Shantou, FOB Shenzhen, or EXW Chenghai terms according to Incoterms 2020. Standard quotation validity is 30 calendar days from issue, subject to substantial raw polymer resin or currency fluctuations exceeding ±5%.

2. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

• Existing Catalog Toys: Standard minimum order is 5 to 10 master cartons per SKU (typically 120–480 pieces), supporting consolidated container loading.
• Custom Color & Private Label Packaging: Starting from 1,000 to 2,000 units per artwork version.
• Custom OEM/ODM Tooling Projects: Minimum initial production run of 3,000 to 5,000 units depending on mold cavitation and component dimensions.

3. Payment Terms & Milestone Schedule

• Standard Wholesale Production: 30% T/T deposit upon Proforma Invoice (PI) confirmation; 70% balance payable against inspection release or Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.
• Custom Injection Tooling: 50% deposit upon mold DFM approval; 50% upon buyer sign-off of initial T1 physical pre-production samples.
• High-Volume & Enterprise Partners: Irrevocable Documentary Letters of Credit (L/C at sight) accepted for full container load (FCL) transactions.

4. Quality Control & AQL Level II Inspection

Every shipment is produced and inspected under ISO 9001 certified protocols according to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) AQL Level II standards:

• Critical Defects: 0% tolerance (e.g. sharp edges, hazardous small parts on baby toys, toxic contaminants).
• Major Defects: AQL 1.0 (functional or performance non-conformities).
• Minor Defects: AQL 2.5 (minor cosmetic deviations or packaging imperfections).

Third-party pre-shipment inspections conducted by accredited agencies (SGS, TÜV, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) are welcomed at our Chenghai facility prior to final container loading.

5. Pre-Production Golden Samples & Production Timelines

Mass production commences only after the client has received, tested, and countersigned physical golden pre-production samples. Standard turnaround for repeat wholesale orders is 20–30 calendar days; custom mold tooling requires 25–35 days for mold fabrication followed by 20 days for initial production.
