1. Protection of Proprietary Designs & Tooling Assets

At WishTime Toys, client intellectual property protection is our highest operational priority. All 3D STEP/IGES files, 2D DFM engineering drawings, aesthetic sketches, artwork packaging files, and custom mold specifications shared with us are treated as strictly confidential proprietary trade secrets under binding Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

• Confidential Machining Cells: Custom client mold tooling is fabricated within segregated, biometric-access CNC machining bays. Molds are never displayed to visiting parties or operated for third parties.
• 100% Client Tooling Ownership: Tooling funded by the client remains the exclusive property of the client upon final settlement. We provide unique serial identification and climate-controlled vault storage.
• Zero Unlicensed Replication: Under no circumstances does WishTime Toys reverse-engineer, sublicense, or manufacture client-owned designs for unauthorized third-party buyers or domestic distributors.

2. Information We Collect from B2B Inquiries

When you submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ), order sample kits, or communicate via our contact forms or direct WhatsApp channels, we collect essential commercial details including:

• Contact name, business title, corporate email address, and company website.
• Target market import regulations (e.g., US CPSIA/ASTM, EU EN71/CE, UKCA).
• Target shipment volumes, packaging requirements, and delivery port destinations.

3. Data Security & Storage Standards

Our engineering studio operates isolated local area networks shielded by enterprise firewalls. Digital design assets are archived on encrypted, access-logged storage servers. We do not sell, rent, or lease client contact databases or transaction records to third-party marketing brokers or external entities.

4. International Trade & Regulatory Compliance

Commercial records required for customs clearance, export declarations, and test certificate verification (SGS, Intertek, TÜV) are retained in compliance with international customs regulations and Chinese export trade governance standards.
